UTT offers the same service in Portugal, and, although the conditions and systems are somewhat different, a special permit can be provided in a little over a week, even more quickly if genuinely urgent.

This paperwork is totally executed in Lisbon and no contact with Police is required before starting the transport. Once ready, UTT expedites the Permit to the border of entry or loading point, as required.

Note: In Portugal special convoys may circulate day and night, with correct legal lighting and signal systems from 02.00 Monday until Friday 20.00. There are local restrictions around Oporto and Lisbon cities.
