Allelys Heavy Haulage Ltd is very pleased to have worked with Transgerma on the movement of this Yankee Dryer from Sandusky Papermaking Machinery in Bolton to Liverpool docks. The Dryer with dimensions of 8m x 5.56m dia 150tons was loaded onto our new 200 ton capacity girder frame. Having surveyed the route we had to arrange for the removal all of the street furniture to allow the load to pass. On arrival at the port we split the girder frame allowing us to unload the dryer onto the quay wall to wait for the floating crane to load the dryer onto the vessel.
